The Columbia Bakehouse is a woman-owned, family-operated bakery rooted in the heart of Columbia County, Oregon. Since opening our doors in Rainier in August 2024, we’ve been inspired by the rhythm of the Pacific Northwest. From its changing seasons, to local farms, and the sense of connection that comes from sharing good food.
Born from a love of community and a passion for craft, our bakery celebrates what’s fresh and close to home by using organic, local ingredients whenever possible. We believe food should tell a story; one of care, comfort, and the land it comes from.
From cookies and pies to breads and savory bakes, every recipe blends tradition with creativity. Our passion for food preservation shines through in the jams, jellies, pickles, and syrups we make in-house and weave into our baked goods whenever we can.
